FIND ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How do I get started?
To get started, you can contact us via phone or email to schedule a free 15-minute virtual initial consultation. We’ll discuss your needs and determine if our services are a good fit for you. You may also click “here” to request a consultation or request additional information.
  • Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  • How does the out-of-network reimbursement process work?
You’ll pay for your sessions out-of-pocket, and we will provide a superbill with all the necessary details. You submit this superbill to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you based on your out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance provider to understand your specific reimbursement rate and any out-of-network coverage details. You may want to ask them about the following behavioral health codes. For an initial evaluation, use the CPT code 90791. For follow-up therapy sessions, use the CPT code 90834 for a 45-50 minute session or 90837 for a 60-minute session. Contact your insurance company to confirm if these codes are covered and to understand your out-of- network benefits.
  • What can I expect during my first session?
The first session is 60 minutes in duration. During this time, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your personal history, and your goals for treatment. This helps us develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
